INGREDIENTS

  • Spinach blanched 1 cup
  • Knorr noodles 1 pkt
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Blue band 2 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Chicken soupstock 20gm
  • Peas 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 teaspoon

method

  • Boil noodles, keep a side.
  • Heat blue band sauté garlic.
  • Add flour, when its turn brown add milk and chicken soupstock.
  • Now add peas and spinach.
  • Add noodles and serve.
