INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled noodles 1 pkt
  • Grated potato ½ cup
  • Spring onion 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 1 tsp
  • Knorr soupstock 10 gm
  • Taste maker as per taste
  • Bread crumbs ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

  • Mix all ingredients well to make a patty
  • Shallow fry till golden and crisp.
