INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 1 packet Knorr Chef’s Crispy Fried Chicken Mix
  • 3 cups flour
  • Ice cold water
  • Pita bread/Paratha/Roti of your choice
  • Knorr Chilli Garlic Sauce

METHOD

  • Take the Knorr crispy fried chicken mix and divide it in two halves.
  • Now take the first half and marinate your chicken with it for 2 hours.
  • When the chicken is perfectly marinated, take the second half of the chicken mix and mix it with flour.
  • One by one, coat your chicken pieces with the flour, followed by dipping them in ice cold water for about 10 seconds before repeating the coating process again.
  • Deep fry until they turn golden brown.
  • Now take your favorite kind of bread, line it with some Knorr chili garlic sauce and veggies of your choice.
  • Add the crisp and crunchy fried chicken to it, make a wrap and you are ready to serve!
