  • 1 Kg chicken breast
  • 1 packet Knorr Chef’s Crispy Fried Chicken Mix
  • 3 cups flour
  • Ice cold water
  • One slice Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
  • Some olives, capsicum, and cherry tomatoes.

METHOD

  • Take the Knorr crispy fried chicken mix and divide it in two halves.
  • Take the first half and marinate your chicken with it for 2 hours.
  • When the chicken is perfectly marinated, take the second half of the chicken mix and combine it with flour.
  • Now, coat your chicken piece with the flour, followed by dipping it in ice cold water for about 10 seconds before repeating the coating process again.
  • Deep fry until it turns golden brown.

  • Time to add the yummy pizza seasoning! Cover it with the cheese of your choice; add olives, capsicum, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
  • Microwave it for one minute. Your crispy chicken pizza is ready to serve with Knorr Tomato ketchup!
