INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kg chicken breast
  • 1 packet Knorr Chef’s Crispy Fried Chicken Mix
  • 3 cups flour
  • Ice cold water
  • Lettuce or iceberg
  • Cheese
  • Knorr Ketchup
  • Dinner rolls/burger buns

METHOD

  • Take the Knorr crispy fried chicken mix and divide it in two halves.
  • Take the first half and marinate your chicken with it for 2 hours.
  • When the chicken is perfectly marinated, take the second half of the chicken mix and combine it with flour.
  • Now, coat your chicken piece with the flour, followed by dipping it in ice cold water for about 10 seconds before repeating the coating process again.
  • Deep fry until it turns golden brown.
  • Now take your burger buns and add the crispy chicken to it followed by lettuce and cheese on top.
  • Serve it with Knorr tomato ketchup.
