INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken wings
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 4 tbs Knorr chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbs corn flour
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup Rafhan oil
  • Honey sauce on the side:
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs honey

METHOD

  • Starting off by marinating the chicken wings.
  • Add two tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon cornflour and Knorr chilli garlic sauce.
  • Add salt and pepper to your taste and give your chicken a thorough marination. Make sure its coated perfectly.
  • Now get your frying pan ready. Add some oil and let it get warm.
  • Put the marinated chicken with all the extra sauce and let it fry on low flame.
  • Keep turning it back and forth till it’s golden brown and ready.
  • Serve it with the honey and chilli garlic sauce.
