INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken
  • Eggs
  • Knorr Cripsy Fried Chicken Mix
  • All purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Black Pepper
  • Red chili powder
  • Ginger Garlic Paste

METHOD

  • Marinate chicken in All-purpose flour, salt, pepper, red chili powder, vinegar and soya sauce
  • Add 2 beaten eggs
  • Coat in Knorr Crispy chicken Mix
  • Set aside
  • Heat Oil
  • Fry chicken until golden brown
  • Ready to serve!
