INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups boiled cholay
  • 3 tbs imli pulp
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 cup boiled and cubed potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 green chillies
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp red pepper
  • 1tbsp crushed chilli powder
  • 1tbsp salt
  • 1 tbs cumin seed
  • 1 tbsp coriander

METHOD

  • Add boiled Chanaa to hot boiling water.
  • Now start adding your masalas one by one.
  • Start with red chilli pepper, followed by grounded pepper, salt, coriander and cumin powders.
  • Now add the boiled and chopped potatoes to it along with imli paste and knorr chicken cubes.
  • Now take 2 tsp flour and mix it with water.
  • Add the mixture to the pan.
  • Now add some Knorr tomato ketchup and let it cook.
  • Now add chopped onions and tomatoes. Your kathiawari Cholay are ready!
  • Take them out in your favourite bowl and serve them with a garnish of coriander, paapri and boondi followed by a pinch of chaat masala on top.
