INGREDIENTS

  • Potatoes (grated) 1 cup
  • Blue Band Margarine 20gm
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1 medium
  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Saltish Biscuits 1 pack
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Seasoning 10gm
  • Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
  • White Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

  • Heat margin, add flour, fried till brown, add milk and cream and one packet seasoning.
  • At last add black pepper and white pepper .cook till thick, remove. Heat another 2 tbsp margarine, fry garlic than add chicken till done and set aside.
  • Now assemble dish ,spread grated and boiled potatoes at the bottom of the dish ,sprinkles.
  • Seasoning, layer with chicken and capsicum soupstock.
  • Pour all the white sauce on the top.
  • Garnish with ketchup and crushed saltish biscuits.
  • Bake for 10 mins.
  • Serve hot.
