INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gm - Mutton Chops
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 1/4 tsp - papaya
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - Crushed Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp - Milk Cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - olive oil
  • BBQ Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 cups - Knorr Ketchup
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder

  • Take 300 gm mutton chops and add ginger garlic paste, papaya, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, crushed coriander, crushed cayenne pepper, milk cream and olive oil
  • Refrigerate it for 15-20 mins and grill later
  • Take a pan, add oil and let it get warm on medium heat
  • Add garlic paste and let it broil till it turns brown
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and let the mixture cook for about 5-10 minutes. Your Bar B Que Sauce is ready!
