INGREDIENTS

  • Mix vegetables: Carrots, maroo Pumpkin, cauliflower, capsicum, other vegetables of your choice.
  • 4tsp oil
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp red chili
  • 1tsp zeera powder
  • 1/2tsp turmeric
  • 4 serving spoons of mashed tomatoes.
  • Daal
  • ½ kg daal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 serving spoon mashed tomatoes
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 serving spoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon zeera

  • Lightly brown ginger garlic paste in the oil and add 4 serving spoons of mashed tomatoes.
  • Then add carrots, maroo pumpkin, cauliflower, and all other vegetables.
  • Then add red chili, zeera powder and turmeric.
  • Then add 2 knorr chicken cubes. Keep on heat until all vegetables have cooked. Serve hot.
  • Daal

  • Soak ½ kg daal for 45 minutes. Put the daal on the frypan and turn on the stove.
  • Cook for 10 minutes. Add one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon red chili along with ½ teaspoon turmeric.
  • Add one serving spoon of mashed tomatoes.
  • For tadka, separately fry onion till it browns and add ½ teaspoon garlic into it and ½ teaspoon zeera.
