INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg chicken
  • 4 serving spoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ crushed chili
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cuscus
  • 4-5 serving spoons mashed tomatoes
  • 2 serving spoons cream

method

  • Brown the ginger garlic paste in oil and add the chicken
  • Add one teaspoon salt, one teaspoon crushed chili, half teaspoon turmeric, one teaspoon cuscus
  • As it starts cooking, add 4-5 serving spoons mashed tomatoes and cover with lid to cook for 10 minutes
  • Add two serving spoons of cream and cook for two minutes
