  • 250 gm - Minced beef
  • 20 gm - Fat (Charbi)
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp - Cayenne pepper powder
  • 1/3 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Kachri powder (didn’t get what he means there, please confirm)
  • 1/2 tsp - Fanugreek leaves (Qasuri methi)
