INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gm - fine chopped beef
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 10 gm - Papaya
  • 5 gm - Salt
  • 6 gm - Cumin Powder
  • 5 gm - Garam Masala
  • 5 gm - carom seed (Ajwain) powder
  • 4 gm - coriander powder
  • 12 gm - Cayenne pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp - cooking oil

method

  • Take your fine cut pieces of beef and marinate it with all the ingredients followed by refrigerating it for an hour. Grill later and enjoy!
