Thai Oyster Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams beef
  • 10 grams red chilli
  • 25 grams mushrooms
  • 15 grams fresh beans
  • 10 grams garlic
  • 2 packets knorr noodles
  • 30ml cooking oil

METHOD

  • Boil Knorr Noodles and set aside.
  • Now, fry the beef and add Knorr chatpata seasoning to it and marinate the beef with it.
  • In a bowl, make the sauce by adding Oyster sauce and sesame oil. Set the sauce aside.
  • Get ready to stir fry. Add garlic to the pan followed by beef and vegetables. Fry it for 5 minutes. Add the sauce and noodles and mix all the ingredients together. If you like it more spicy, add some chilli flakes to your taste.
