INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cube cut chicken
  • 1 cup cube cut onion
  • 1 cup cube cut capsicum
  • 1 cup tomato cut into cubes
  • ½ cup knorr tomato ketchup
  • ½ cup knorr chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce

method

  • Heat oil, fry garlic
  • Add chicken.
  • Add salt and chilies along with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
  • Add vegetables and remove.
  • Skew on a stick and serve with hot with Chinese rice
